I have just started playing piano. Progress means isolating the rough parts, listening closely, and rebuilding the piece one section at a time.

Soccer gets me away from the screen. It pushes me to read the moment, communicate clearly, and make the next play quickly.

I like problems that force me to stop and rethink. Math trains me to be precise and to try another path when the first one goes nowhere.

Chess with friends makes patience visible. Every move changes the problem, so I plan ahead without getting stuck on one plan.
